Terms of Service — GoReviewsPro

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GoReviewsPro — the web dashboard at app.goreviewspro.com, the GoReviewsPro mobile apps for iOS and Android, and the related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by RestoPro Technologies Private Limited ("GoReviewsPro", "we", "our", "us"), a company registered in India.

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

1. Authorized Use

Users represent and warrant that they are the verified owner or an authorized manager of any Google Business Profile they connect to GoReviewsPro, and that they are authorized to act for every business location they add. Misuse or unauthorized profile connection is strictly prohibited and results in immediate termination.

2. Use of Service

The Service is a business tool. You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and use the Service for a business
  • Be a verified owner or authorized manager of connected Google Business Profiles
  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
  • Keep the information in your account accurate and up to date

3. Accounts, Organizations and Roles

Every user account belongs to one or more organizations. An organization owner controls the organization, its locations, its subscription and its team; admins and managers receive the access the owner grants them. Data about locations, reviews, feedback forms and team activity belongs to the organization, not to any individual member, and stays with the organization when a member leaves.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us at once at hello@restopro.tech if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. OAuth & Account Responsibility

You may sign in with an email address and password, with Google Sign-In, or (on iOS) with Sign in with Apple. Separately, an organization owner or admin may connect a Google Business Profile to a location through Google OAuth 2.0 on the web dashboard. Every grant is voluntary and can be revoked at any time — inside the Service, at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or in your Apple ID settings.

You are responsible for:

  • All actions taken via your account
  • Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Ensuring the Google account you connect actually holds the required role for the Google Business Profile in question

5. AI Draft Responsibility

AI-generated summaries, sentiment insights and reply drafts are suggestions only. Nothing is published to Google automatically: a reply reaches Google only after an authorized user reviews it and explicitly publishes it. GoReviewsPro does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI output. The user is solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing any response posted to Google.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Post spam, abusive, deceptive or misleading responses
  • Use review data to identify, contact, profile or advertise to individual reviewers
  • Misuse Google API data or breach Google's policies
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other users' or organizations' data
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, resell or interfere with the Service or its security controls

7. Mobile Applications

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the GoReviewsPro mobile app on devices you own or control, solely to access your organizations. The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play; the terms of those stores also apply. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to these Terms, have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app, and are not responsible for any claim relating to it.

Push notifications are optional and can be switched off in the app or in your device settings at any time. The app contains no in-app purchases. You can delete your account from within the app (Settings → Delete account) or as described on our account deletion page.

8. Subscriptions, Billing and Refunds

Access to a location's features depends on an active subscription for that location. Subscriptions are managed by organization owners from the web dashboard and are billed by RestoPro Technologies Private Limited in Indian Rupees with a GST invoice. If a location's subscription lapses, its data is retained but its features are paused until the organization owner restores access. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Third-Party Dependencies

Our Service depends on:

  • Google Business Profile API and Google OAuth
  • Apple and Google sign-in and app distribution services
  • External hosting, email, payment, notification and AI providers

We are not liable for:

  • API downtime or rate limits
  • Changes made by Google, Apple or other providers
  • Account or profile suspensions by Google

10. Data & Privacy

Use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect, how we use Google user data, which sub-processors we rely on, and how deletion works. When a Google Business Profile is disconnected, GoReviewsPro deletes that location's Google Business Profile data from active systems immediately. When an account is deleted, personal data is deleted or anonymised as described in the Privacy Policy. Backup copies, if any, are cleared within 30 days and cannot be recovered after backup clearance.

11. Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings in the mobile app or the web dashboard. If you are the only owner of an organization you will be asked to transfer it to another member or delete it; a deleted organization enters a 30-day recovery window before it is permanently purged.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms or Google's policies are violated
  • Misuse, fraud or a security risk is detected
  • A subscription remains unpaid after reasonable notice

12. Limitation of Liability

GoReviewsPro is provided "as is" and "as available".

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Business losses, lost profits or reputational harm
  • Data loss due to third-party failures
  • Content posted by users or by reviewers on Google
  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees the affected organization paid to us in the three months before the claim arose.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version. Material changes are announced in the dashboard or by email before they take effect, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
